The reservation of rooms in Tamil Nadu House is made by the Government in Public ( General – II ) Department, Secretariat, Chennai. Reservations are done through a software by name “Hospitality Management System”(HMS). An online application system has been introduced and requisition for accommodation has to be sent by the guests using the online application.

Upgradation of Suite Rooms is based on the availability while reservation of rooms.
