The Podhigai Tamil Nadu House has a full-fledged Fitness Centre in Room No. 327 in third floor. The Centre is equipped with treadmills, steppers, bikes, rowers, weight machines, free weights, barbells and dumbbells. Guests can use the Fitness Centre by paying minimal charges which can be paid at the time of check out. Recently an open gym and children play area in Vaigai Tamil Nadu House and an open gym in Podhigai Tamil Nadu house have been put up for the benefit of guests.
